Background
Math has been part of David’s life for a long time.
David has 17 years of tutoring experience and earned a degree in mathematics with an emphasis in education from UC Davis.
His mathematical expertise is highlighted by first-place finishes in a MATHCOUNTS chapter competition, and first in the California Mathematics Competition, along with perfect scores on the SAT Math section, SAT Math Subject Test Level 1, SAT Math Subject Test Level 2, and ACT Math section.
He has worked with a wide range of students—from students who later attended Ivy League universities to students with special needs, high math anxiety, or significant gaps in confidence.
